Delivery

We guarantee satisfaction with delivery of our products.

When you order online with us we will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date - normally by email.

If you need something special, such as an awkward location, or help up stairs, then let us know, we love to help.

Free delivery is available on all orders over £100 and will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days after order.

Need it quicker? - for a small charge we can deliver by courier within 2 to 3 days after order.


On our vans


When possible we try to deliver with our own vans and drivers. This way we can virtually guarantee delivery on time and without damage. Our drivers will get the product to your desired location and we can keep you informed of any delays.


Couriers


Most of our products are very large measuring from 2.4m to 6m in length, this makes the product difficult to deliver and there are really only 2 couriers in the UK that will handle the longest length.

Very occasionally there is damage to our product during delivery. Please inspect the package on delivery and make a note with your signature if there is damage. We will never hold you responsible for damage during delivery.


Where we deliver?


We deliver right across mainland GB as standard.  We can arrange delivery to NI and locations off mainland GB and prices are dependent on specifics - please ask for a price.


Collection


All products are available for collection from our premises at Internal Wall Panels (IPSL), Unit 1, Shepcote Business Park, Europa Drive, Sheffield, S9 1XT


No hassle returns!

It’s easy to return any products you don’t need. Just send them to the address below within 14 days for a 100% refund. There’s no restocking fee and we’ll even repay your original delivery costs.

All we ask is that you return goods in the original packaging and phone in advance on 0114 332 8210 or email us so we know it’s coming.

The only exception is flexible PVC products that have been made to order.

Of course, in the unlikely event that your products have been damaged in transit, we’ll collect them from you free of charge and either exchange or refund - whichever you prefer.
